What payments methods do you accept?

Are the paddles USAPA Approved?

At VALKYRIE, we take pride in crafting high-quality pickleball paddles that meet the rigorous standards set by the USAPA (USA Pickleball Association). While we're not yet officially approved by the USAPA, we want to assure you that our paddles adhere to all USAPA standards, ensuring they are tournament-ready for competitive play.

Orders & Shipping

I have an issue with my order, what should I do?

Don’t worry, the VALKYRIE customer service team is ready to help. Email us at support@valkyriepickleball.com and advise us of your issue. We’ll seek to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. The shipping time is maximum 7 to 9 business days, although it usually arrives around 4 to 5 business days.

You can always track your order to make sure you stay updated!

Do you ship internationally?

We sell and ship to North America and Europe.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

My order is lost/hasn't been delivered?

Although our courier quote us 7-9 business days for standard delivery, they may not always be able to deliver within this timeframe.

If your order isn’t delivered within 14 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with our courier service.

Please note that the investigation outcome timeline can vary from courier to courier. We’ll do our best to help with a timely resolution.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, VALKYRIE offers a replacement order free of charge or your original order value in store credit. Please email us at support@valkyriepickleball.com to start the process.
